Puppy Socialisation Classes

{Minimum/Maximum numbers per-Session = Eight.}

[Places booked by phone & confirmed only after pre-assessment visit of puppy & proof of N.B., see below.]

Based in Midleton, Co. Cork.

Puppy Socialisation Classes Covering The Introduction Of:

  • Similarly aged puppy interaction = supervised, (3mths to 6mths of age and 6mths to 12 mths)

  • Owners thought a Basic Health examination to;
    • Aid in Veterinary visits,
    (Thus minimize Owner & Dog Stress in this situation.)
    Enable Owners to check dogs over.
    (e.g. for possible Fleas, Ticks, Waxy ears, Lumps etc..)
  • Basic Grooming for;
    • Bonding purposes,
    (Pleasurable for both Owner & Dog.)
    Subtle Owner control with a view to achieving an Alpha position,
  • Basic-Obedience catering for Owners needs/requirements,
    • Social outings;
    Public Places e.g, Beaches / Woods etc..
    (To introduce Socially acceptable behaviou    r)

    (*Depending on Weather & numbers interested.)
    (*** Possible Information Visits from; Animal associated groups.(Depending on availability, interest shown & costs involved.)***

    N.B.: Proof of Vaccinations must be supplied & must include intrac., also up to date Flea & Worming treatments (Not Flea-collars.) this is to prevent any Health risks to other puppies/young dogs attending the classes.

    These classes have been put together with the view of introducing Pet Owners to;
  • Better Social skills,

  • A responsible out look on owning & providing a home to a dog.


As such, the classes require Pet Owners who apply to be individuals which recognize,
when acquiring a Dog as a pet, they are making a commitment to that dog for life and are responsible for it’s Behavior & it’s reflection on other Dog’s & Owners.


NUMBER OF SESSIONS IN PUPPY SOCIALISATION CLASSES: TWELVE, One a Week and two Field Trips.
